Automated Liquid Dispensing Unit

During my time at Datum3D, a company we had previously developed a product for wanted us to manufacture another version with identical specifications because they were opening a new manufacturing facility.

I operated CNC machines to fabricate 50+ high-precision aluminum, steel, and plastic parts. I also reprogrammed the CAM files to take less time, minimize material waste, increase the accuracy of the parts by reducing the complexity of operations, and prolong the life of the tools used.

I organized folders for each plate I machined that included the updated CAM file, individual part files, and some documentation I wrote to prepare future co-ops for the possibility of future orders.
